Collectables Crime as 'culture'?

That's a strange definition of "culture" though, when what is being collected consists is looted, smuggled and stolen. The 'culture of cultural crime' is an obvious oxymoron. As is the 'culture' of cultural criminals. Yet it is in this which no-questions-asked collectors run the risk of becoming involved.
