Focus on UK Metal Detecting: Education innit? No, it's about Honesty.

From his position of 'entitlement' metal detectorist Glenn (08/08/2014 at 16:30) deigns to admit that the archaeological artefacts he fills his pockets and drawers with belong to the public in general, "which is why", he says (08/08/2014 at 13:04):
"I give talks to School's, WI’S etc and record all my finds on databases accessible by the public. As I said it’s all about education to me. To this end I am sure the public benefit.
When however challenged to back up that claim by listing the schools, women's institute knitting circles he'd enlightened by his apostrophe-abusing 'education', he declined, and refused to show which PAS or UKDFD finds are his. When invited again, he wriggled and gyrated around throwing out a number of excuses for not doing so, followed by the usual tekkie insults, and the erstwhile PAS-partner finishes (11/08/2014 at 13:10) with stating that sharing information with the wider public is not important:
My farmers are better off in knowledge of their land and in monetary terms through our joint efforts and [...] that is all that matters.
Having stated that he has reported all his finds he remains unable/unwilling to prove it. I am sure people will be able to draw their own conclusions.
